A funding option available to approximately 750 families across Ontario to help with costs associated with sending a child or youth with ASD to a March Break Camp! Recipients are selected through a random draw - deadline to apply is January 24th, 2012!
The March Break Reimbursement Fund is an opportunity for approximately 750 families across Ontario to receive funding to help send a child or youth (under 18) to camp this March Break. The Ministry of Children and Youth Services, in partnership with Autism Ontario, will be providing a maximum reimbursement of $350.00 per child or youth to pay for either the cost of a March Break Camp or a 1:1 support worker. Recipients must have a confirmed ASD diagnosis, and will be chosen through a random draw. The successful applicants will be notified by Autism Ontario by January 31st, 2012.
