CTV notices the GF trend but as usual the mainstream media fails to 'get it'. No one would suggest you eat 4-6 bananas a day or apples. Eating too much of one thing is not healthy. The average sub bun has 5 servings of bread. The mainstream is seeking gluten alternatives, good thing. Now the GF choices are so much better than 7 years ago when we first went GF!
