Finally, evidence of untold numbers of children with autism have been excluded from effective treatment programs without justification by Ontario Ministry of Children and Youth Services
Ontario's Autism Intervention Program Guidelines has existed since November 2006. According to the Autism Intervention Program Guidelines, the Ministry of Children and Youth Services ensures the Program achieves its "Goals" and "Objectives" through an "Evaluation" process.

To Kick of April as Autism Awareness Month...Autism Speaks is launching a "Light it Up Blue" campaign...in hopes to send out Autism Awareness World Wide. Below is a letter I have recently written to the school board, board trustees, MPP, MP and even the Media got a copy. It has been an almost 2 year nightmare, and I'm now fired up to start fighting for not only my children in the school system, but yours too!! At the request of many fathers, KidsAbility, Lutherwood, and ErinoakKids Autism Intervention Services are happy to offer a monthly drop-in group for dads of children with autism. This will be a relaxed environment with tasty appetizers and good conversation! Come meet other dads and talk about parenting a child with autism.
