Appealing an Erinoak decision

Hi

I just wondered if anyone had appealed a decsion made by Erinoak. My son was found ineligible for IBI, he's 4 and they consider him mild on the spectrum. And I'm in the process of writing an letter of appeal. So if you have any advice I'd love to hear it!
