In honour of World Autism Acceptance Day on April 2, we thought it would be a good idea to shed some light on being sensory-friendly. Many of our children struggle to cope with the amount of information to be processed in any given setting. Public settings such as birthday parties and movies in particular can be very difficult to manage, and children may begin to withdraw in order to cope.
